Privacy policy
aigamedex (“the site”) needs no account and handles only the minimum information required to run it. Under Article 30 of the Korean Personal Information Protection Act, we explain how it is handled below.
This English version is a translation provided for convenience. If it differs from the Korean version, the Korean version applies.
Upcoming change: from October 6, 2026 we will add cookie-free visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics). It does not identify or follow individuals; we only see totals such as visits per page. Sections 1 and 5 are updated accordingly.
1. Information we handle, why, and for how long
The information you enter or that arises while using the site is listed below. Email is always optional; submissions and requests go through without one.

The site does not collect names, phone numbers, addresses or payment details, and shows no ads. We use no visitor analytics. If we ever need to collect something new, such as for a newsletter, we update this policy before we start.
2. Collecting public game information
The site automatically collects, from pages anyone can see such as itch.io and the DCInside AI gallery, a game’s name, description, cover image address, the creator name (nickname) the creator published, and part of the creator’s explanation of how AI was used. We do not collect post authors’ nicknames, IP addresses or comments, do not store whole posts, and follow each site’s robots.txt.
This information is used only to introduce AI-made games and link to their original pages. Creators can ask at any time where it was collected or ask for removal, and removed games are not collected again. Removal request
3. Cookies
To recognize the same browser for likes and submissions, we store one random value in a cookie. It cannot identify you and is set so JavaScript cannot read it (HttpOnly). You can block or delete cookies in your browser; if you do, likes and submissions will not work.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not provide personal information to anyone else, except when a public authority requests it through a lawful procedure.
5. Processors and transfer abroad
Connections to the site pass through the company below for security and delivery, so connection data is processed abroad.

There is no way to use the site without connection data passing through Cloudflare; if you do not want that, please stop using the site. In addition, fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and game cover images from the sites hosting each game (itch.io and others) directly by your browser. Those companies may receive connection data such as your IP address, under their own policies.
6. How information is deleted
Information past its retention period is deleted automatically. It is deleted from the database in a way that cannot be recovered, and backups are kept for at most 14 days before deletion. No other law requires us to keep any of it.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop its processing. Email us below; we handle it within 10 days after confirming it is you and tell you the result. You can also ask through a representative.
Children under 14 should not enter an email address. If we receive one unknowingly, we delete it as soon as we notice.
8. Security measures
- All connections are encrypted with HTTPS.
- Administrative features are protected by separate authentication for the operator only.
- IP addresses and visitor IDs are stored only as transformed values.
- We collect only what is needed and delete it automatically after its retention period.

We announce changes on this page from 7 days before they take effect, and important changes, such as collecting more items, from 30 days before.
