Terms of use
aigamedex (“the site”) is a free service that finds games made mainly with AI, introduces them and links to their original pages. By using the site or submitting a game, you agree to these terms.
This English version is a translation provided for convenience. If it differs from the Korean version, the Korean version applies.
1. What the site does
- It collects and presents the name, description, cover image, creator name and AI tools of publicly available games.
- It does not host or distribute game files. Playing and downloading happen on the original page (itch.io and others).
- It can be used without an account and is free of charge.
2. When you submit a game
- Only submit games on pages anyone can see. You may submit someone else’s game, but not one that is not public or that its creator does not want listed.
- Describe truthfully how AI was used.
- If you submit a game you made, you allow the site, free of charge and to the extent needed to introduce the game, to display its name, description, cover image and link, and to summarize them or translate them into Korean. This permission is non-exclusive and you can withdraw it at any time with Remove my game.
3. Listing and review
Submitted and automatically found games are reviewed against the listing rules (it can actually be played; AI was a main tool for the code or the development; the page is public). The review is assisted by AI, and the operator may decline or remove games that do not meet the rules or cause problems.
4. Descriptions
Game descriptions and one-line introductions are written with the help of AI, based on the creator’s own text. They may differ from the original or contain mistakes; the original text can be found under “Creator’s own description” on each game page. Creators can ask for corrections with a correction request.
5. What you must not do
- Submit games or information that infringe others’ copyrights, trademarks or other rights
- Submit links to malware, phishing or illegal content
- Submit in bulk with automated tools, manipulate likes, or interfere with running the site
- Impersonate other people or creators with false information
If this happens, we may decline or remove the submission and block use from the same browser.
6. Rights
The rights to each game and its images and text belong to its creator. The site’s design and texts written by the operator belong to the operator. If you find content that infringes a right, tell us at [email protected]; we remove it as soon as we confirm it.
7. External pages and liability
- Linked game pages and downloads are managed by their sites and creators, and those sites’ terms apply. Always check the source before downloading a file.
- The site is provided free of charge and does not guarantee the content, safety or continued availability of the games it introduces.
- Unless caused by the operator’s intent or gross negligence, the site is not liable for damage arising from using the site or linked external pages.
8. Changes to and ending of the service
Features of the site may change or end. We announce important changes or an end of service on the site in advance where possible.
9. Personal information
Personal information is handled according to the privacy policy.
10. Changes to these terms and disputes
We announce changes on this page from 7 days before they take effect, and changes unfavorable to users from 30 days before. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are settled by the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
